Goals and Achievements is a Leadership Development Company that works with accountants and health professionals working in large organisations who aspire to reach Director level or equivalent.
Duncan Brodie is the sole Director of Goals and Achievements. After 25 rewarding and successful years in the accountancy profession managing and leading teams in a range of major organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, TSB (now Lloyds TSB) and the NHS, he decided it was time for a change. After working with a brilliant career coach he realised that what he really valued was helping others to achieve success.
Having climbed the career ladder from a 15 year old Accounts Clerk with basic qualifications to Finance Director, he understands first hand the challenges of managing and leading, particularly for those making the transition from highly technical roles. Helping those technically brilliant people to become brilliant managers and leaders and realise their true potential is what really motivates Duncan. In working with his clients his focus is on providing practical learning and development opportunities that raise performance and achievement levels.

Duncan is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA), Certified Professional Coach and Team Coach Facilitator. As a result he is able to bring a unique combination of experience covering both the technical and non technical aspects of teams, management and leadership.
Duncan lives in Hove, East Sussex and when not running his business enjoys walking, keeping fit and cooking.
